Product Description
A Direct to Metal, High Build Primer. Excellent adhesion to metals, plastics and painted surfaces. Easy sand.
MIX 4 parts HP-5310 to 1 Part HH-3100 Catalyst
May be reduced with HR reducer if desired.
Apply 2-3 coats, allow 3-4 hours to sand at 75 degrees.
This unique Primer can be applied directly over cleaned (HR-397) RUSTED SURFACES! Will change surface rust to primer!
