JET BLACK BASECOAT | COLBY CLEGG | 1989 CHEVROLET C1500
Renowned painter of his craft,
Colby Clegg is on the process of creating a killer build using wide variety of Tamco Paint products, once again!
It was pretty obvious that Colby is such an amazing artist; he transformed this 1989 Chevrolet C1500 into this kind of spectacular artwork! That color? That gloss? Just by looking at the picture, it will make you drool, surely.
As per Colby, he used the High Build Epoxy Primer Series Kit in whole body and DTA (Direct to Anything) Epoxy Primer Kit on bare spots. Then he applied HP5310 Grey DTM (Direct to Metal) Primer Kit as a sealer, and dripped the C1500 in HB9900 Jet Black. To top it all off, he used HC4100 Glamour Clearcoat Kit.
This kind of artwork is truly worth to brag, a true masterpiece that will own the road and turn heads!

HB9902 BRIGHT RED | JAIMITO EL BENDITO PLATA | CHEVROLET P30 STEP-VAN
Jaimito El Bendito Plata at Star Coating just wrapped up a project that turned a standard step van into a total showstopper. Looking at the finished photos, it is hard to believe it is the same vehicle. This truck went from a plain yellow and grey work van to a bold masterpiece that looks like it belongs on a movie set or in a Transformers film.
The process started with a lot of prep work to make sure the finish would last. Jaime began with Tamco Paint’s DTA Epoxy (Direct to Anything) Kit. This gave the metal a strong, protective base and a clean surface for the colors. After that, he used Forever Seal to create a smooth middle layer. This step is important because it helps the top colors stick better and really makes the final look stand out.
The most eye catching part of the design is the striking red section on the side of the truck. Jaime used Tamco Paint's Basecoat Factory Pack (HB9902 Bright Red) to get that intense and fiery look. To finish it all off, he used the Amerflint II Clearcoat Kit. This gave the entire truck a deep, glossy shine that is also very durable. It is built to handle the weather and the road while still looking like a piece of art. This project is a perfect example of what happens when a skilled painter uses high quality materials to bring a vision to life.

Twitch Paint Wrkz showcased their skill with a striking paint job using Tamco Paint's lineup.
They began with HP5312 White DTM (Direct to Metal) Primer, ensuring a flawless base. The transformation continued with Jack Frost Pearl and Blizzard of Ozz White Pearl, creating an impressive blend of color, that is both captivating and mesmerizing. And lastly, for the finishing touch, HC2104 High Solids Clearcoat is applied which added depth and protection.
The result is a testament to their artistry, highlighted by the vibrant colors and a flawless, durable finish using our Tamco products!

SEXY AF PINK | ELIJAH VAUDT | GOLF CART
Sometimes a golf cart doesn't need a full rebuild to feel brand new - it just needs the right paint. That's what Elijah Vaudt at Custom Painting Addiction visualized for this golf cart, especially using Tamco Paint products! Transforming a standard cart into something vibrant, clean, and completely customized with a lace.
He started the process by using the DTM (Direct to Metal) Primer and Forever Seal for maximum smoothness and foundation. Then laid the HB9901 Bright White that serves as the base of the colors, while the HB9900 Jet Black was used to trace lace that serves as the design on this cart. This pattern was covered by our Sexy AF Pink that has a vibrant pink look to show off the curves and lines of the cart, partnering it with a high-gloss finish with our HC2104 High Solids Clearcoat to seal everything.
Amazing details and colors that really pop out on this ride were achieved using a bunch of our products! This golf cart looks is now strikingly beautiful and even better than looking brand new.

STARBERRY | PHILLIEZ CUSTOMZ | GOALIE HELMET
Phillip Campos at Philliez Customz tried something a little different from what they usually do. For the first time, he attempted to customize a hockey goalie helmet instead of sneakers which he is known for! The result is superb, looked like a seasoned pro made it.
In this project, he used Tamco Paint's Starberry, which he won from us for naming it. Alongside with other colored paint, it worked together to create a captivating visual, highlighting Phillip's creativity in customization world.
The impressive result is a testament that a skilled and passionate painter, can turn any canvas into their work of art.
HB9902 BRIGHT RED BASECOAT & MURDERED OUT BLACK | DAVID ARMENTROUT | 1953 CHEVROLET CORVETTE
Make sure to wear your glasses because this 1953 Chevrolet Corvette done by David Armentrout will surely strike your eyes!
By using Tamco Paint's Murdered Out Black and Bright Red Basecoat, he achieved a fiery and aggressive look after combining these two colors. Because of its perfect contrast, it gave the Corvette a whole new look that stands out either at day or night. To maximize the final look, he sealed these colors with HC2104 High Solids Clearcoat, leaving a high-gloss protection that reflects even at night.
This whole project is a wonderful journey that showcases artistry, skills, and quality, came altogether to achieve a word-class masterpiece.

Color came out even better then expected! Will definitely use there products again
First time Tamco user. Painted my engine bay in my shop and while it turned out very nice, I thought WOW, this stuff is thick. I was only spraying at about 25 psi though. Brought a couple more parts to work to trim out in the booth to get a real feel for it before I spray the car. Bumped the pressure to around 30 and 4100 lays down!! I use PPG products at work, and nothing I have used slicked out this easily. Thank you for an amazing product!!! 4100 clear, iwata w400 1.3
I Really Love Tamco candies! I've used a dozen or more candies, and tamco candies are by far the most vibrant pure candies I've ever used.
Tamco intensity colors allows you to tune in on fine details with precision. Although I’m still learning each day using the intensity line makes me a better painter by not having to worry about excessive dry tip or color bleed.
My paint is very awesome. And the people that work there were very helpful and answered all my questions and got my product here fast.

Did some forever seal on a race truck. First time using it and love it.
Used the forever seal a few months ago and if you are sealing anything , this is the only way to go!! It lays out perfectly smooth and sprays amazing!

It works with the intensity airbrush line between high impact base and clear... Best paints i have ever experienced. Highly recommended. Be sure you dont use too much reducer. Also, it likes to be built in a few layers- try to avoid thick coats but its sprayers preference.
I reccomend building and weaving the paint slowly in small batches within the 3 layer recommendations... This helps you know that you arent wrong with your mixing procedures. It also allows just enough time for it to dry and "build"
Best paint ive ever sprayed. I will update later if i find longevity issues , but it is not anticipated- ive sprayed before and i can tell this is a product thats cut from good cloth.

1st allow me to start by saying the people at tamco have been so helpful & knowledgeable. This clear is the best. I have used many other clears that are way more expensive & they just can't beat the quality of tamco clear.
I've been spraying 4100 for about 3years not full time I have sprayed about 15 gallons and have nothing but good to say about it, it's a heavy clear and takes getting a custom to but it sands and buffs great
